How to Sign Up for Volunteer Jobs

Log in to your SwimTopia account and navigate to Signup Calendar

Each meet or event will have buttons specific to sign up your athlete for an event  or sign yourself up for a job. Choose the Job Signup for each meet or event to view available volunteer jobs (you MUST be logged in to see the green buttons for signups).

Select a volunteer job you’d like to sign up for and Save Assignments

To help ensure a successful and smoothly run season, each family is required to complete volunteer jobs throughout the summer. Please review the volunteer policy below before signing up:

Volunteer Requirements

• Each family is required to complete 3 volunteer jobs during the season.
• No family may work more than 2 jobs at a single meet/event.

Job Requirement Adjustments

• Families with both Swim & Dive team members must complete 1 dive job and 2 swim meet jobs.
• Families with Dive-only team members must complete 3 jobs at dive meets.
• Families with a 6 & Under swimmer are required to complete 2 swim meet jobs instead of 3.

Missed Job Fee

Families who do not fulfill their volunteer requirement will be charged $50 per job not worked.
