Dear Dunsinane Swim Families, 

Great job to all of our swimmers at last night's first meet of the season! Thank you as well to our volunteers and families for helping everything run smoothly. 

A few important reminders for tomorrow’s first away meet: We have extended the sign-up deadline until 5:00 PM today. However, please note that we will not be able to add swimmers after this time. Once entries are submitted, the host team begins creating heat sheets, lane assignments, and timing schedules, and late additions create challenges for both teams. 

We will share the heat sheet as soon as it is made available by the host team.

Please also be sure to download and use the SwimTopia App. In the event of any weather delays or updates, we will communicate with families through app notifications.

Warm-Ups: 5:50 PM (be ready to be in the water right at 5:50)

Meet Start Time: 6:15 PM 

Additional Information from the Host Team:

• Grill and concessions will be cash only. Menu items include hamburgers, hot dogs, soda, water, nachos, pretzels, chips, candy, and more. 
• The Special Neat Treats Ice Cream Truck will be on-site and will accept credit cards. 
• Families are welcome to bring coolers and outside food; however, no glass containers are permitted. 
• Parking is available in the pool lot and the grass area adjacent to the pool fence. 
• No photography is permitted behind the starting blocks in accordance with OHSAA rules.
