Hi All-

The heat sheet and an Athlete Event list for tonight's meet is attached. Here is some additional information we received from Woodhaven:

• Schedule: Gates open at 5pm; WHSC Warmups at 5:30-5:50PM; DSC5:50-6:10PM. Timers Meeting at 6:00 PM; Officials meeting at 6:05 PM; National Anthem at 6:10 PM; Meet Starts at 6:15 PM.
• Grill & Concessions: We have an amazing grill setup for tonight's meet—please encourage your families to join us for dinner!
  • What’s on the menu? Hamburgers, hot dogs, grilled chicken, pulled pork, baked goods, Gatorade, soda, and water will be available for purchase (grill is cash, card, and venmo).
  • Our concession stand will offer nachos, pretzels, and candy at affordable prices.
  • Kona Ice will also be at the meet—remind your families to bring their refillable cups! This is a fundraiser for our team.
• Coolers: Families are welcome to bring their own food and alcohol, but please no glass containers.

WHSC Pool Rules for Guests:

• Volleyball Sand Area: Please ensure swimmers and siblings do not play in this area.
• Baby pool: This area will also be blocked off, please ensure guests do not enter this area.
• Behind the Blocks: Parents are asked to stay clear—our lane parents and timers will take great care of your swimmers.
• Photography Restriction: No photography behind the blocks. This follows OHSAA rules to protect our swimmers.
