Hello Dolphins Families,

Attached is the Heat Sheet and the Athlete Check-In report for tonight's meet.

A few quick reminders:

• If you ordered team pictures, they are available for pickup in the swim box.
• If you have not received your team shirt yet, please let us know so we can look into it.

PHSC Pool Rules for Guests:

• PHSC Pool will Open for Home & Visiting Teams at 5:00pm
• Visitor Team Area will be on the side of the pool closest to the basketball courts - straight in when you enter the pool area.
• Volleyball Sand Area: Please ensure swimmers and siblings do not play in this area.
• Behind the Blocks: Parents are asked to stay clear—our lane parents and timers will take great care of your swimmers.
  • Please share with your swimmers and parents: We will have caution tape around this area to limit access; thanks for helping us with this area!
• Photography Restriction: No photography behind the blocks. This follows OHSAA rules to protect our swimmers.

Additional Notes:

• The WTRC Sharks will be attending our practice on Thursday, 6/25 and holding a clinic for our swimmers.

• Woodhaven Centerville is hosting a Triathlon (flyer is attached) - Cost: $25 per SSA Swim Team Member. Fees can be paid at the gate the morning of the event via cash, card, or venmo.
