Hello Dolphins Families,

It's time to declare your swimmers for the SSA Championship Meet!

Please use the meet titled "SSA Championship - DECLARE all swimmers here" to indicate whether your swimmer(s) will be participating.

A quick note: any swimmers who were already signed up as of 6/24/26 have had their declaration automatically transferred into this meet, so no further action is needed for those families unless changes are needed.

Declaration Deadline

Please complete your declaration no later than Sunday, June 28.

We have an earlier deadline than usual to allow our coaches and volunteers time to prepare entries, develop team warm-up schedules, and coordinate the many logistics involved with hosting and attending the championship meets.

Important – How to Declare

All swimmers should be declared under the single meet listed above. The meet is not separated by age group for declaration purposes, so please use the same listing regardless of swimmer age.

Championship Meet Schedule

• 11 & Over Championship Meet: Monday, July 6 at Dunsinane
• 10 & Under Championship Meet: Tuesday, July 7 at Woodhaven Centerville

Eligibility Reminder

To be eligible for the SSA Championship Meet, swimmers must have competed in at least two regular-season meets during the 2026 season.

6 & Under Swimmers

Please note that 6 & Under swimmers:

• May only compete in 25-meter events
• Must be able to complete their race without a catcher in the water in order to be entered in the championship meet

Volunteers Needed

As the host team for the 11 & Over Championship Meet, we will need lots of volunteers to help make the event a success. If you are available, please consider signing up for a volunteer position. We greatly appreciate your help and commitment to the Dolphins!

The Championship Meet is a great opportunity to celebrate the progress and hard work our swimmers have put in all season. We encourage all eligible swimmers to participate and finish the season strong with their teammates!
