Hi Swim Families,

We’re excited for tonight’s session of the SSA Championship Meet at Woodhaven! Please see the important details below to help everyone have a smooth and fun evening.

Location:
Woodhaven Swim & Tennis Club
7620 Yankee St.
Centerville, OH 45459

Parking:
Parking fills up quickly, so please plan accordingly. Overflow parking is available at Yankee Park and the hospital.

Schedule:

• Gates Open: 4:00 PM
• DSC Warmups: 4:30 PM
• Timers & Officials Meeting: 5:15 PM
• Warmups End: 5:30 PM
• National Anthem: 5:35 PM
• Meet Begins: 5:45 PM

Grill & Concessions:
Come hungry! Woodhaven has an amazing grill setup for tonight’s meet, so please encourage your families to stay for dinner and support the team.

Grill Menu:
Hamburgers, hot dogs, grilled chicken, pulled pork, jalapeño cheddar sausages, baked goods, Gatorade, soda, and water will be available for purchase. The grill accepts cash, card, and Venmo.

The concession stand will also have nachos, pretzels, and candy available.

Kona Ice will be at the meet as a fundraiser for our team. Don’t forget to bring your refillable cups!

Coolers:
Families are welcome to bring their own food and beverages, including alcohol. Please remember that glass containers are not permitted.

Team Camp:
Please see the attached  Bullpen Diagram for details on where our team camp area will be.

WHSC Pool Rules for Guests:

• Volleyball Sand Area: Please make sure swimmers and siblings do not play in this area.
• Baby Pool: This area will be blocked off. Please do not enter.
• Behind the Blocks: Parents should remain clear of this area. Lane parents and timers will take great care of getting swimmers where they need to be.
• Photography Restriction: No photography is permitted behind the blocks. This follows OHSAA rules to help protect our swimmers.
